Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Kio Organics account at any time. Deletion removes your sign-in access. Order history and wallet records may be retained as required for billing and legal compliance.

Option 1: Delete from the app

Follow these steps in the Kio Organics mobile app:

1. Open the Kio Organics app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Under Account, tap Delete account.
5. Review the confirmation message, then tap Delete my account.

After confirmation, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to sign in.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to kioorganics@gmail.com from your registered email address or include your registered phone number so we can verify your identity.

Please include:

• Your registered phone number
• Your full name (as shown in the app profile, if available)
• A clear request to delete your Kio Organics account

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

What happens after deletion

• Your sign-in access is permanently removed.
• Personal profile data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
• Order and wallet records needed for tax, accounting, or dispute resolution may be retained in anonymized or minimized form.
