Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when refunds, replacements, or wallet credits may be provided for purchases made through Kio Organics.

Fresh and perishable products

If delivered produce is damaged, spoiled, missing, or materially different from your confirmed order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference.

After review, we may offer a replacement in a subsequent delivery, a partial wallet credit, or a refund to your wallet where appropriate. Minor natural variation in size, ripeness, or appearance is expected with organic produce and is not treated as a defect on its own.

Wallet top-ups

Wallet credits are applied after the store verifies your UPI or bank transfer details shared on WhatsApp.

If a verified duplicate payment is identified, the excess amount will be credited back to your wallet or refunded through the original payment method where feasible. Unverified or incomplete payment submissions cannot be refunded until the transaction is confirmed with our store team.

Cancellations and delivery issues

Basket changes follow the weekly edit window shown in the app. Once an order is processed for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address details or repeated failed access at the delivery location, rescheduling fees may apply. Service delays caused by weather, traffic, or other events outside reasonable control are handled case by case with wallet credit or rescheduled delivery where possible.

Approved refunds for wallet-funded purchases are normally returned to your in-app wallet unless we agree otherwise or law requires a different method.
