These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kio Organics mobile application and related services provided by Kadamba Indus Organics. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Kio Organics is an organic grocery ordering service operated by Kadamba Indus Organics. You may browse available products, place orders through the app, and have them fulfilled and delivered to your address.

Account and orders

You must provide accurate account and delivery information.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Product availability may vary based on season and farm supply.
Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are shown before checkout.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address you provide. You agree to be available or arrange access for delivery during the scheduled window. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address details or unavailable recipients.

Cancellations and changes

Order changes and cancellations must be made within the cutoff time shown in the app before fulfillment begins. After that point, items may already be sourced and prepared for delivery.

Product quality

We work with certified organic suppliers. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kadamba Indus Organics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
