This Shipping Policy describes how Kio Organics delivers orders placed through our mobile app. Orders are fulfilled and delivered by Kadamba Indus Organics.
Weekly delivery schedule
Kio operates on a weekly delivery cycle. You can add items to your basket throughout the week. The store processes confirmed orders every Wednesday, and standard deliveries are made every Thursday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Basket changes must be saved by Tuesday so your order can be included in the next Wednesday processing run. After that cutoff, items may already be sourced and prepared for delivery.
Service area
We currently deliver to eligible addresses in Bangalore. Delivery availability for your location is shown in the app when you add or select a delivery address. If your area is not yet serviceable, you may be asked to choose a different address or check back as routes expand.
Delivery fees
Applicable delivery fees, taxes, and any other charges are displayed before you confirm your order at checkout. Promotional free-delivery offers, when available, are shown in the app at the time of ordering.
Address and access requirements
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment or gate details where needed.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window, or arrange secure access for the delivery team.
- Keep your registered phone number up to date so we can contact you if needed on delivery day.
Payment on delivery
Orders may be paid in cash on delivery unless another payment method is offered and selected in the app at checkout. Please keep the payable amount ready to help us complete delivery smoothly.
Partial or failed deliveries
Product availability can vary based on season and farm supply. If an item from your order is unavailable, we may deliver the remaining items and adjust your bill accordingly.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address details, repeated failed access at the location, or an unavailable recipient, we may attempt rescheduling. Additional fees may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
Delays and events outside our control
Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, or other events outside reasonable control. When this happens, we will try to complete delivery as soon as possible and may offer rescheduled delivery or wallet credit on a case-by-case basis.
